Hatozaki Small Batch Whisky is a carefully selection of malt whiskies.Each small batch aged in no more than 20 barrels. First aged in ex-bourbon casks, then apportion of each is blended & aged in ex-sherry casks. Never colored or chill filtered, which preserves the whisky's delicate personality.
