Uncle Nearest Straight Rye Whiskey

Uncle Nearest Straight Rye 100 Proof, 100% Rye. The nose is soft and earthy with a hint of tobacco. There is the presence of cinnamon, dried fruit and maple. The dried fruit is more pronounced (apricot and orange) with a nice balance of spices. Peppery, but not hot.
