Aviation Gin is made in the full-bodied Dutch style of days gone by with 100% rye grain neutral spirit and what can be simply described as a 'botanical democracy' of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, and dried orange peel. With its full and weighty mouth feel, rich earthy flavor with a cool finish.
